There has been a huge spider web in our garden for the past week - the spider re-builds this web every morning in the same place. The web is about two feet in diameter, not including the small strings that are holding it up.

This morning, there were beads of rain on it, so we took the photo opportunity. It was tough to compose the entire web because there are so many distractions around it - maybe I'll post one of the full photos... I actually darkened the background on the photo to get rid of some of the busy background.

Wow... I got a spiderweb, too, with the spider at its center. But unfortunately, it didn't rain. I tried to spray water on it to take a picture, but it didn't work :(

This one's beuatiful :D

If you get morning dew - try waking up a bit early! You might get some drops on the webs!

Gorgeous. Webs are so difficult to capture well but you've certainly done it justice!

This is a beautiful picture =] And I hate spiders. But you've got to admit, there's a strange sort of beauty in the webs they make.

Oh, and 2 feet in diameter?! o.O That's... pretty big, yeah. Is it in proportion to the size of the spider, I wonder...

The webs are nice just as long as they are out of the way!! :D

It was huge - I actually never even saw the spider who built it - only a smaller one who was building a mini version next to it!!
