Sunset Silhouette by mydigitalmind Sunset Silhouette by mydigitalmind
I love bird silhouettes - both looking at and taking the photos. They have the most interesting forms.

This is an older photo, from my first outing with my first L series lens. I looked around my archives for a good silhouette photo to submit to the #Birds-Club Silhouette contest rather than using something that I already had on deviantArt. The colors were strong, but I did enhance them a bit.

herons have such a distinctive shape

I, too, love bird silhouette...and had a hard time choosing which one I wanted to enter :giggle:

I like this one because of the reflection...you effectively get two for the price of one :D

Yes they do! They look so graceful too.

I was going to call it Double Silhouette, but decided to stress on the sunset instead ;)
